The unique Flexi chassis design means all components are both fully protected and easy to access. Only three covers are removed to access all serviceable components. Every Flexi Digital is supplied with easy to read truck diagnostics display and safety information including battery discharge indicator (BDI).
These systems monitor all key components to ensure ‘downtime’ is minimised. The Flexi digital technology controls the truck systems and records data allowing your operator to easily see any diagnostic information. For ease of service, there are no components under the traction battery, which means no possibility of acid damage to key components, and the battery need not be removed for regular maintenance.
The changing of lead-acid batteries for multi-shift usage is easy and safe with the ‘cassette’ style steel tank with fork pockets for removal and change over.
