The Flexi Support Team provide a comprehensive service offering support to our authorised distributors and customers on all technical aspects of Flexi truck operation; electrical power requirements for charging, installation method statements, diagnostics, workshop manuals, special attachments and warehouse management systems (WMS) and Operator Familiarisation and Training materials.
The unique Flexi chassis design means all components are both fully protected and easy to access. Only three covers are removed to access all serviceable components. Every Flexi Digital is supplied with easy to read truck diagnostics display and safety information including battery discharge indicator (BDI).
These systems monitor all key components to ensure ‘downtime’ is minimised. The Flexi digital technology controls the truck systems and records data allowing your operator to easily see any diagnostic information. For ease of service, there are no components under the traction battery, which means no possibility of acid damage to key components, and the battery need not be removed for regular maintenance.
The changing of lead-acid batteries for multi-shift usage is easy and safe with the ‘cassette’ style steel tank with fork pockets for removal and change over.

The dedicated Flexi Narrow Aisle reach truck parts central operation located at our Great Bridge, West Midlands, UK plant has been developed to provide a guaranteed ex-stock service for at least 95% ex stock of all Flexi parts ordered for the current product range. We guarantee 100% availability within days on all our Flexi units back to year 2000 production.
Our Midlands location allows us to pick, pack, and despatch for next day road delivery anywhere in the UK. All international parts ordered before 4.30 pm can be picked and dispatched by the agreed global carrier for rapid delivery the same day.
All Flexi Authorised Distributors carry stock of spare parts and service consumables to ensure high Flexi uptime. Narrow Aisle’s Flexi parts prices are very honestly priced. Our parts price promise is "If you can obtain the same spare part cheaper anywhere else within 30 days, we will refund the difference”.
