As a global product, Flexi is fully supported worldwide through a network of Authorised Distributors, with regional centres of excellence located in Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Centrally located parts facility

A comprehensive spare parts facility is co-located at our UK Headquarters and Manufacturing Centre. 95% of all our parts are immediately available first pick. Orders confirmed before 4.00pm GMT are despatched same day. All Flexi Authorised Distributors carry stock of spare parts and service consumables to ensure high Flexi uptime.

Strategic spare parts stocks are also available on the same basis from our Dallas, Texas and Taichung, Taiwan locations.

Training services

Professional training is the key to ensuring Flexi articulated fork lift trucks are operated safely, and to their maximum efficiency. Narrow Aisle Flexi can advise on the most appropriate training programs for "Operator" and "Engineer" training as well as "Trainer" training courses. A detailed operator manual is provided with every Flexi supplied. The Flexi's simple counterbalance truck control layout and easy to drive features means that operators can become proficient at driving within hours, as it is much easier to operate than a Reach Truck.
