Europe's most popular articulated forklift truck

The Flexi G4 electric powered articulated forklift truck is the most popular articulated forklift truck in Europe. The important design elements, together with the numerous advanced operational and safety features increase the Flexi G4's appeal even further for operators.

At the heart of the Flexi G4 concept is a commitment to operator safety and handling efficiency that combine to make Flexi G4 the most complete and compelling articulated forklift truck currently available.

Flexi works in very narrow aisles, lifts upto 2000kg to heights of over 12 metres.

Compared to the conventional moving mast reach truck, Flexi G4 creates upto 30% more storage space within an existing warehouse. In addition, Flexi G4 doesn't require any extra clearance between the floor and the first pallet rack beam, to account for the reach truck stabilising legs.

Operator friendly ergonomics set the standard for easy operation and safe performance in every situation.

Cushion rubber tyres ensure that Flexi G4 performs as efficiently outdoors as it does in the warehouse. This very narrow aisle (VNA) articulated forklift truck does not require special flat floors to operate.

The Narrow Aisle Safe Start (NASS) feature has been developed to allow the operator to restart the truck on an incline without any possibility of roll back.

The wide operator cabin allows modern industrial safety or cold store boots to be worn. The FEM recommended automotive style accelerator and brake pedal bias to the right are safety interlock, wider and fitted with rubber cushions, plenty of leg room, therefore enhancing comfort and safety.

The G4's seat has fully adjustable lumbar support and is cloth covered for extra comfort. Optional arm rests are available, whilst a presence switch prevents any operation unless the driver is seated.

The combination of a clear wide vision mast, overhead guard and ergonomic controls that fall readily to hand, help operators feel safe and comfortable when using the Flexi G4, this makes the Flexi G4 the easiest articulated truck to drive on the market.

How to improve warehouse profitability.

Flexi works in just 1642mm (Euro 0.8)* or 1762mm (ISO)* or 1980mm (Euro 1.2)* aisle widths - liberating a potential 30% more warehouse capacity compared with conventional reach trucks.
*The optimum aisle width for operator safety - BITA/FEM guidance note 9 refers.

Flexi works outside as effectively as an electric counterbalance truck. With one truck doing the job of two, double handling is eliminated, enabling Flexi to cut handling costs by up to 50%

The Flexi very narrow aisle (VNA) concept has become very popular in the logistics industry allowing safe and efficient low level customer order picking in 2m aisles whilst optimising pallet storage density.

The Flexi very narrow aisle (VNA) aisle is clear with no steel guide rails to hinder ground level picking the Flexi operator sits at ground level in the same working space as low level order pickers. There are no safety issues when driving in the narrow aisle as those encountered when operating high lift Man Up rising cab trilateral trucks (Combi).

Many Flexi customers in the Third Party Logistics industry are able to pick and assemble customer orders at the rate of 180 cases per hour in the same aisle as the Flexi which is replenished bulk pallet movements of 30 per hour.
