Our centre of gravity location allows us to pick and pack, and then despatch for next day delivery anywhere in the UK. All international parts ordered before 4.00pm are dispatched by agreed global carrier for rapid delivery.
All International Authorised Distributors carry a comprehensive stock of Flexi spare parts and service consumables to ensure high Flexi uptime.
High Quality Components
The Flexi AC Range has a reputation for long term reliability and low maintenance costs. All Flexi trucks are built with the same high quality components which are sourced from tier one suppliers and then fitted into every Flexi truck built globally. The Flexi AC Range is designed with a large proportion of common components and parts. This means the holding and provision of spare parts locally is made much easier for both our parts central operation and our global authorised distributors. This attention to common components and quality suppliers allow the Flexi articulated range of warehouse trucks to be supplied with a market leading Five Year / 5000 hour parts warranty (conditions apply), to give complete peace of mind.
Centrally located parts facility
A comprehensive spare parts facility is co-located at our UK Headquarters and Manufacturing Centre. 95% of all our parts are immediately available first pick. Orders confirmed before 4.00pm GMT are despatched same day. All Flexi Authorised Distributors carry stock of spare parts and service consumables to ensure high Flexi uptime. Narrow Aisle’s Flexi parts prices are very competitive compared to the rest of the OE MHE industry. “We have to be competitive as we sell our trucks through your requirements”. Our parts price promise is “If you obtain the same spare part cheaper anywhere else within 30 days, we will refund the difference”.
The unique Flexi chassis design means all components are both fully protected and easy to access, by removing only three covers to access all serviceable components. Every Flexi is supplied with easy to read truck diagnostics and safety information including battery discharge indicator (BDI). These systems monitor all key components to ensure ‘downtime’ is minimised. The Flexi AC technology controls the truck systems and records data allowing your driver to easily see diagnostic information. For ease of service there are no components under the lead acid traction battery, which means no possibility of acid damage to key components. The changing of batteries for multishift usage is easy and safe with the ‘cassette’ style steel tank with fork pockets or rollers fore removal and changing.
Engineer Service Training
Professionally trained engineers are the key to ensuring Flexi articulated fork lift trucks are operated safely, reliably and to their maximum efficiency. Narrow Aisle Flexi can provide the most appropriate fork lift training programs for maintenance engineers. A detailed workshop and parts manual is provided with every Flexi supplied. The Flexi AC’s simple counterbalance truck control layout and easy to maintain features means that your local service engineers can become proficient at servicing within hours, as it is much easier to maintain than a Reach Truck, with many less moving parts. All Flexi Authorised Distributor Service Technicians have been trained to provide professional maintenance and service support for your new Flexi AC.
Forklift Operator Training – Flexi Training Limited
The Flexi AC truck design is based on conventional forklift operator’s cabin control layout, therefore is much easier to drive than a Reach Type Truck. There is no mast reach function to worry about and the conventional seated driving position means the operator is protected from fatigue as over 80% of the work cycle operation is forward facing. The familiarisation for existing certified or trained forklift operators is simple, they require only one day of on the job training to convert from forklift to Flexi articulated operation. Our Flexi Training company www.flexi-training.com, 0121 557 3674 can advise on the driver training of your people, any number between 1 and 100 operators can be catered for either at your job site or at our dedicated training facility. Allowing you to pre-train as many staff as you like before your new warehouse facility opens. We are able to arrange Flexi forklift driver training at any location in Europe directly. In all other markets our local Authorised Distributors have professional trainers available to provide on the job fork lift truck training for your team.
